Scott and Marti Miller added the
Elegant Floors in 2000.
Elegant
Floors is a full-service hardwood floor
division, offering:
installation/repair

system for refinishing

cleaning/sealing process
Scott has a California
Contractor’s License as well as a degree in
Economics with over 30 years of business experience. For
four years, Scott served as the CA Central Coast Chapter
director of CFI (Carpet
& Fabric Institute). Marti has a Master’s Degree with
over 25 years of administrative experience.
Elegant Thread is an
IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration
Certification) certified company, offering an IICRC 5-step deep
restorative carpet cleaning process where carpets come out
looking like new. This standard five-step process is one
of three carpet cleaning packages Elegant Thread offers to
suit the needs and budget of it’s customers. Elegant
Thread uses a soap-free
carpet cleaning agent, Procyon Plus™,
that is non-toxic and environmentally safe.
When we clean your carpet,
we use the "Hot Water Extraction" method. This method is the
required method by Shaw Industries, the world's largest
carpet manufacturer. This procedure is gentle on the carpet
yet very effective in thoroughly cleaning your carpet.
